Oregon Organic Hazelnuts

Our hazelnuts are grown in the Willamette Valley (Aurora, OR) and certified Organic (by Oregon Tilth since 1997). Grown on varietal Barcelona, McDonald, Wepster, Polly-O, Jefferson and Yamhill trees.  Trees vary from 5-60 years old. Harvested, washed and dried on the farm, we can ensure highest quality possible with low risk of mold and other micro toxins. 

Our hazelnuts are sold in 25lb cases only.  You can choose between "raw unpasteurized", or "roasted". The raw kernels will be predominantly variety Barcelona and larger in size.  These are ideal for roasting whole yourself for trail mixes, salads, snacking whole, etc. The roasted are a mix of whole and broken; which includes broken variety Barcelona, and whole small kernels variety Yamhill, Wepster, McDonald, Polly-O and Jefferson. The roasted are ideal for butters, granola, etc.
